Say hello to 2017 with stunning skyline views from HI-SO, Sofitel So Singapore’s trendy rooftop pool bar. From 9pm to midnight, enjoy free-flow house spirits, beers, wines and a glass of champagne for $140, while you party to the DJ’s pulsating beats. We’d suggest dining downstairs beforehand at Xperience, which serves modern European cuisine with Asian influences. The restaurant’s special six-course set dinner menu ($128) will include such highlights as a poached prawn and caviar appetiser, and a main course of grass-fed beef tenderloin with tempura, and cod, carrot and saffron, along with Ruinart Champagne sorbet and other sweets.
