Breastfeeding! My concern now is how to keep the weight off as she weans. I also did the traditional Jamu massage and wrap, and it helped! Grace
Wait until you get your clearance from your doctor and then go! I would highly recommend Tracy Anderson’s workout videos (I followed her videos both pre- and post-pregnancy). I also got into a HIIT workout with Shaun T of T-25, which is a 25-minute HIIT cardio workout. For ladies in Singapore, UFIT is one of my favourite gyms. It’s a great way to meet other mums and get a great workout. Nisha
Breastfeeding helps you drop it really quick; otherwise postnatal Pilates is great for building your core strength again. Melissa

After my first baby, I returned to running to shed the weight and I mostly pinged back to normal. After my second child, I piled on a lot of weight and struggled to shift it. I had to get a personal trainer to help me lose the weight. I used Zak from TGIF Studio (Thank Goodness I’m Fit) who was well experienced with post-pregnancy workouts. Dee
Breastfeeding definitely helps mummies to shed some weight. Light exercises like brisk walking and jogging help, too! Evelyn
