The Botanic Gardens.

Our favourite playground is West Coast Park; it’s bustling at weekends. It has a variety of climbing structures for a different range of abilities. My kids love the zip wires, pyramid structures and sandpits. It’s also well tarmacked so you can take a scooter with you. There are also often parrot enthusiasts there showing off their birds, which the children absolutely love as they swoop down and fly very close to your head. My son says it also has the best climbing trees in Singapore and you can also go to the water’s edge and watch the ships. We take a picnic with us and spend the morning there.

The Gardens by the Bay water-play area is definitely a favourite. We also checked out Marina Barrage a few weeks back and the girls really enjoyed flying their first kite.

West Coast Park is great as there are outdoor activities for all ages and you can keep an eye on everyone.
