Branching Out Kennedy Town is getting a new restaurant with the opening of Fishsteria Waterside. A laid-back branch of the flagship Fishsteria in Wan Chai, the new eatery will feature a casual seafood menu with plenty of sharing style plates for family dining. Chef Gianni Caprioli, who is also behind Giando and Gia Trattoria, will be offering dishes such as a lobster roll, tuna poke focaccia and salmon charcoal burger. The casual vibe will extend to a foosball table, and there will also be a retail counter to buy premium Italian ingredients.
