Going Green Vegetarian and vegan friends, take note! Leading Korean restaurant Jinjuu has teamed up with Impossible Foods to bring a modern Korean twist to the plant-based meal. All foods on this special collaboration menu are vegan, and they include the classic mandoo (steamed Korean dumplings). Fusion creations like Korean Impossible Tacos and Bulgogi Impossible Sliders are available as well for those looking to try Korean food for the first time. Branching Out Kennedy Town is getting a new restaurant with the opening of Fishsteria Waterside. A laid-back branch of the flagship Fishsteria in Wan Chai, the new eatery will feature a casual seafood menu with plenty of sharing style plates for family dining. Chef Gianni Caprioli, who is also behind Giando and Gia Trattoria, will be offering dishes such as a lobster roll, tuna poke focaccia and salmon charcoal burger.
