Top Teppanyaki Ukiyo Teppanyaki Steakhouse has opened its doors in Causeway Bay, specialising in premium dry-aged beef. With state-of-the-art dry- ageing lockers available on site, guests can take their pick from an expertly curated collection of beef aged for between 20 and 45 days, and opt to have their selection sliced tableside.
