Thirty Six Brewlab and Smokehouse There’s a four-course Christmas feast ($136) available at Thirty Six this season – with an Asian twist! Available only on 24 and 25 December, the celebration kicks off with a glass of Prosecco and some amuse-bouches, followed by starters including sashimi-grade hamachi tartare and foie gras duck terrine. The main dishes feature holiday favourites slow-cooked to perfection in the venue’s built-in smoke oven. Enjoy a traditional New Zealand ribeye and slow-roasted turkey breast, or go for the more modern crispy rolled pork belly and Norwegian salmon. Each dish comes with a selection of sides, including herbed potatoes, charred seasonal vegetables, pigs in a blanket, fresh Yorkshire pudding, and cauliflower cheese. Complete the festive experience with a Christmas fruitcake with chocolate, a Black Forest cake, or the exclusive “Beer a Misu”!

Bali on the Cove Ring in the festive season the Balinese way at Bali on the Cove. From 16 December to 2 January, enjoy a special tasting menu, seasonal cocktails such as the signature chilled cinnamon mulled wine, and all the best Christmas cheer overlooking Sentosa Marina. The menu features traditional Balinese dishes meeting Christmas classics. Dishes include a brand new take on babi guling, and a Bali spiced carrot soup, and you can finish off with an indulgent chocolate fondant or passionfruit panna cotta. Vegetarians can try the delicious mushroomWellington. The special menu is available as a set ($98) and à la carte. On the weekends, Bali on the Cove’s famous Sunday lunch serves up traditional beef ($75 for two) and chicken ($65 for two) with all the trimmings. Add a healthy dose of Christmas cheer with a two-hour free-flow package ($75).
